Acne Treatment

Acne, or acne vulgaris, is a skin problem that starts when oil and dead skin cells clog up your pores. Some people call it blackheads, blemishes, whiteheads, pimples, or zits. When you have just a few red spots, or pimples, you have a mild form of acne. Severe acne can mean hundreds of pimples that can cover the face, neck, chest, and back. Or it can be bigger, solid, red lumps that are painful (cysts).

Urticaria

Hives, or urticaria, are a common allergic reaction in which a rash or welts appear on the skin. Hives are typically quite itchy and can last just a few minutes or several days before going away. Occasionally, however, these annoying blotches can indicate more serious problems, especially when accompanied by symptoms such as difficult breathing.

Eczema

Psoriasis is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin. Normally, skin cells grow gradually and flake off about every 4 weeks. New skin cells grow to replace the outer layers of the skin as they shed. But in psoriasis new skin cells move rapidly to the surface of the skin in days rather than weeks. They build up and form thick patches called plaques .The patches range in size from small to large. They most often appear on the knees, elbows, scalp, hands, feet, or lower back. Psoriasis is most common in adults

Tinea

This Is superficial skin infection, also known as tinea, is caused by fungi called dermatophytes. Fungi are microscopic organisms that can live off the dead tissues of your skin, hair, and nails, much like a mushroom can grow on the bark of a tree. Ringworm is characterized by a red ring of small blisters or a red ring of scaly skin that grows outward as the infection spreads.

Vitiligo

Vitiligo is a skin disorder which presents as white spots and patches on the skin. This is due to a progressive loss of the pigment, melanin, which gives us our color. The loss of pigment occurs when pigment cells (melanocytes) are destroyed and melanin cannot be produced.

Nail Treatment

Nail disorders can occur in a number of disease, nail disorders may occur alone or associated with rashes. Common disease of the nail includes;
1. Nail infections by bacteria, fungs, yeast and virus.
2. Paronychia-an infection of the nail fold
3. Nail disorder due to skin disease e.g. Psoriasis
4. Nail injury
